From today we’re going to upgrade your LeadPro account to add text message follow ups. We’ve been trialling this feature for the last month with some of our beta test clients and it has be very, very received by tenants and buyers.

With SMS the number of people filling out your questionnaire will rise to over 70%

The majority to beta test agents using SMS follow ups saw a jump of 20-30% engagement from tenants and buyers in filling out their qualification questionnaires.

What does this mean for the customer experience?

Here is how the new follow up system will work on your account.

 

During office hours the buyer or tenant will receive:

  1. An instant reply email to their enquiry.
  2. If they haven’t completed the questionnaire within 5 minutes they will get a follow up text message.
  3. If after 10 minutes they haven’t completed the questionnaire their original enquiry will be sent to you.
  4. If they complete the questionnaire later, it will be sent through to you.

 

When your office is closed the buyer or tenant will receive:

  1. An instant reply email to their enquiry.
  2. If they haven’t completed the questionnaire within 15 minutes they will get a follow up text message.
  3. If they haven’t completed the questionnaire within another 15 minutes (30 minutes total) they will get a follow up email.
  4. If after 3 hours they haven’t completed the questionnaire their original enquiry will be sent to you.
  5. If they complete the questionnaire later, it will be sent through to you.
