When someone completes the LeadPro questionnaire we send the enquiry and the questionnaire answers to your enquiries inbox.

If someone identifies as a vendor, landlord, or they opt in for referral services, we’ll send through additional alert emails like the ones below.

Vendor Leads

Below is how a vendor lead will be sent through to whoever manages your market appraisals.

We send these emails in addition to the longer general enquiries email as we want to make sure the most relevant person has access to the leads as soon as possible. We want to help you beat your competitors to new business, and don’t want information of a new vendor to get lost within a busy enquiries inbox!

We give the name of the vendor and the property they’ve enquired for, their questionnaire answer is in bold, in this case “I have a property to sell”.

We also ask them provide their postcode so you can instantly see if their property is in an area you service and we provide you with their contact information.

Your vendor leads will also be accessible on your metrics report, where you can check back which vendors have been contacted, who booked in for a market appraisal, and who resulted in an instruction.

Landlord leads

Below is how a Landlord lead will be sent through to you.

In the same way as vendor leads we send these emails in addition to the longer general enquiries email as we want to make sure the most relevant person has access to the leads as soon as possible and don’t want information of a new landlord to get lost within a busy enquiries inbox!

We let you know the tenant’s name and the property they’ve enquired for and the postcode of their current property so you know if this landlord’s property is in your area.

We include the details provided by the tenant, the landlord’s name, landlord’s phone number, and email address.

These landlord leads are only GDPR compliant if you start the conversation with them by verifying the tenancy, and then moving on to try and win new business. We’ve linked to our sample call script so you’re always staying compliant when contacting new landlords.

Referral Leads.

With referral leads, if you have it set up on your account, we’ll send them directly to the partner whether thats mortgage, internet, or conveyancing.

Automatically sending referral leads to partners enables you to make revenue from a lead regardless of if someone goes on to buy, sell or rent from you. It means you earn extra revenue with no work required.

The referral partner will receive this email which gives them the contact information of the lead, the property they enquired for, and it lets them know which agency it’s been sent from so you can earn your referral commission.

You can track your referrals on your LeadPro metrics report, you can track who’s been referred for which service and how many of them have converted to revenue for you.
